International winemaker Jean-Charles Boisset held a wine tasting followed by a five course dinner as part of his “The Alchemy of the Senses” book tour. With each new dinner course, we changed lighting & music to reflect the properties of each wine being paired. Jean-Charles owns many wineries worldwide & his Boisset Collection encompasses not only wine but liquor, multiple tasting rooms & gift shops, his book, perfumes, Baccarat glasses & decanters and finally, amazing jewelry pieces, some of which were inspired by his wife, & fellow internationally acclaimed winemaker, Gina Gallo’s lips. We adored designing & coordinating this event & Jean-Charles has become one of our new favorite people ever!
