Each client is different and we are able to customize our planning tools to fit your unique needs and timeline. This means that you’ll stay on top of your to-do list and also keep communication key, to ensure the utmost organization.
Our online Guest List tool allows you to keep track of each invitation, all guests including children, anonymous guests, RSVPs, meal choices, food allergies, gifts, thank you notes –practically anything you can think of to ensure you are providing the absolute best experience for your guests. This tool fully integrates with our Seating & Layout tools.
Send requests for online RSVPs to guests based on what events they are invited to. Plus you can collect meal selections and additional information.
Your floor plan will be to scale & automatically has many common table, chair & other dimensions programed into it to easily drop into the space. If you are assigning seating, you can then use your guest list to place each guest at the table and chair you want.
The portal also includes design boards, budget management & a wedding website. These & many more features are available to each of our clients as part of your planning experience.
